I found myself looking through my facebook page as I do everyday…while pretending to work. I’ve noticed that lately my number of “friends” is declining. Weird, right? I mean - who doesn’t want to be friends with MOI??? At first… it was a trickle. I thought to myself, “You can’t even figure out who’s missing. So why do you care?”

Then, today - low and behold - I found one of the absconders. We went to high school together. We weren’t friends then. We’re not friends now. We have lots of mutual friends for some odd reason. She’s conservative and farmhouse shabby chic with four children (like we need more of THEM) whereas I am a liberal odd hobo meets boho industrial with NO children… This should be a good thing. Right? RIGHT?!?!?

I SHOULD HAVE DELETED HER FIRST!!! *facepalm* I don’t feel bad about the fact that she’s no longer there… I’m extremely disappointed in myself because I allowed a Breeding Republican to reject ME. Yes, I know - I’m fucked up. Well aware here - well aware. I kind of want to friend her again - and I know she’ll accept with a little, “Teehee, I just don’t know what happened Shuga” and then delete her - and send her an email that says something along the lines of…
“Dear R****
I just wanted to take a moment to let you know that *I* know that you have now deleted me twice. Not only have you deleted me twice - you have then RE-accepted my friend request because you don’t have the spine the gods gave shrimp. You see, if you DID - you’d be able to say “Look you fucking weirdo - I just don’t want to have anything to do with you. We have nothing in common - go away.” That? I could totally respect. Especially since you were one of the herd that hunted me down on the interwebs at the dawn of social-networking for NO other reason than to take stalker like glimpses at my life.
Instead I’m doing it for you. I accepted your initial request and allowed you to Stalk my Photo’s and other snippets of my life because I thought - what the hell - maybe she’s become a decent human being. I should have realized I was being a bit ambitious. I commented on your children, told you how adorable they were. They are too - I just don’t think it’s wise to try and re-populate the earth with your very own race. I commiserated on your dumb ass crises “OMG - What am I gonna do? J* has dance and I haven’t bedazzled her shoes yet!” I even played nice when you made rude and condescending comments. Why? Because I was hoping *I* was being a grown up.
